Chatter Academy is a dynamic communication-focused program specializing in empowering complex communicators with high special needs through the integration of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication). We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a part-time capacity to support our innovative classroom environment.
About the Role
As a BCBA at Chatter Academy, you will work collaboratively with our team of Speech-Language Pathologists, SLP-As, and educators to create an inclusive, individualized learning experience. You will:
- Provide 3-7 hours per week of behavioral consultation, evaluation, and billing.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to students' unique needs.
- Support classroom staff in embedding behavioral strategies that promote communication, engagement, and independence.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment between behavior plans and AAC goals.
- Offer training and mentorship to staff in evidence-based behavioral practices.
- Supervision of RBT

Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
